Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actor for more than 20 years. She is best known for her role as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 movie White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs and Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. Anne Dudek, an American actress, is most well-known for her role as Tiffany Wilson in 2004's comedy film White Chicks. Also, she is well-known for her roles on television as The Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek was born in Massachusetts was a student at Northwestern University and got her first stage role in The Iphigenia Cycle. The production was staged in New York City, the production was withdrawn from Broadway where Dudek received the Joseph E. calloway award and American Theater Magazine profiled her as a young actor to follow. She has since guest-starred on several other television shows, such as Desperate Housewives How I Met Your Mother Friends ER Charmed Bones Numb3rs as well as Six Feet Under. In the pilot of Psych, she appeared as Lucinda as well as In Law & Order Criminal Intent a teacher who had an affair with her student. Dudek then got a role as Amber Volakis, one of 40 doctors that Dr. Gregory House was considering for permanent jobs in his medical staff. It began during the season four of House. She continued to play her character for the entirety of the season. However, she died in the House's head and Wilson's heart in the two-part finale of the show. In the 5th season episode Saviors, House would have her reappear later as an illusion. That's how she appeared for the remainder seasons. Dudek also appeared on Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson, and also on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wives, both in recurring roles. Dudek played the role of a woman in Covert Affairs, portraying Danielle Brooks as the sister of her character. Other film roles she has played comprise Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
